1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EduCRM ("the Service"), operated by GN, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EduCRM is a customer relationship management platform designed for educational consultants. The Service allows users to manage students, sessions, applications, payments, and invoicing through a web-based application hosted at app.educrmapp.com.

The Service includes an optional Gmail integration, under which a student may grant the consultant time-bound access to their Gmail account via Google OAuth. The Service also includes AI-assisted features (classification, summarization, draft generation) powered by Anthropic Claude.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you will have access to the full features of your selected plan. No payment information is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

5. Pricing and Payments

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.
  • All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Use the Service to store or transmit content that violates the rights of others
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
  • Use the Gmail integration for spam, bulk marketing, or any purpose other than servicing the specific student who granted access.
  • Use the AI features to generate content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or impersonates another person.
  • Rely on AI-generated drafts without review. AI-generated drafts are exactly that drafts. The consultant is responsible for reviewing every AI output before sending, forwarding, or acting on it. AI output is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

8. AI-Generated Content

Features that rely on Anthropic Claude generate drafts from the available context. These drafts may contain errors, omissions, or [CHECK:] placeholders for facts that could not be verified. Consultants must review every AI output before sending.

The Service does not train AI models on your data. Anthropic processes inputs as a sub-processor and does not retain them for training under our agreement.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
