A career library you build yourself, career test records and numbered career reports, on the same student record as sessions and applications.

What EduCRM holds

In short

A career library you build yourself, a record of any career orientation test taken, and the numbered reports you issue: all on the same record as sessions, applications, documents and payments.

The career library

Each career you add holds:

  • Title.
  • Field it belongs to.
  • Description, in your own words.
  • Required studies, so the link from career to course is explicit.
  • Average salary and demand level (high, medium or low).
  • Related careers, so a session can move sideways when the first answer misses.

The library is yours, because career information is local. Salary and demand in Greece are not the same as in Germany, and a shared dataset would be wrong for half your students.

Career testing on the record

The record tracks whether a career test was taken, which one, when and where. EduCRM does not run the test. It records the result, so the next counsellor does not repeat it.

Career reports

Students can have several numbered career reports on file, so a family returning two years later has a record rather than a vague memory of Year 10.

Where it sits in the workflow

The default pipeline follows the order of work: new inquiry → first session → career test → report → study counselling → applications → offer letter → completed. The stages are configurable if yours differ.

Session types include career assessment alongside initial, follow-up and application review.

Who this is for

Consultancies whose work does not stop at university placement. Clients can be school students, university students, workers or soldiers, and the record shows the fields that apply to each. Career guidance for adults is supported.

Frequently asked questions

Does EduCRM include a career test?

No. It does not run career orientation tests. It records that a student took one, which test, when and where, and stores the reports you issue afterwards.

Does EduCRM come with a database of careers?

No, deliberately: salary, demand and study routes are local. You build your own library. Each entry holds a field, description, required studies, average salary, demand level and related careers.

Can EduCRM be used for adult career guidance?

Yes. Clients can be classified as school students, university students, workers or soldiers, and the record shows the fields relevant to each, including current job, job history and previous studies.
