This website currently runs no analytics and no advertising scripts. The only things stored in your browser are the five strictly necessary items listed below. The consent banner exists so that if analytics is ever added, it cannot run without your permission.

What cookies and browser storage are

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to keep. Websites also use related mechanisms. Local storage and IndexedDB, which are not technically cookies but store data in your browser in much the same way. This policy covers all of them, because the distinction matters to engineers and not to you.

This policy covers the EduCRM marketing websites at educrmapp.com and educrm.gr. The EduCRM application itself, at app.educrmapp.com, requires a login and sets its own strictly necessary session cookies.

Categories we use

Strictly necessary Always on: Required for the site to work: remembering your cookie choice, your language, your support-chat session, and bot protection on the registration form. These cannot be switched off, and no consent is required for them under ePrivacy rules.
Analytics, optional: Would tell us which pages are useful and where people get stuck. Nothing in this category is currently in use. The category is offered in advance so that consent is meaningful from the first day any analytics is added.
Marketing, optional: Advertising and remarketing tags. Nothing in this category is currently in use.

There is no separate "preferences" category, because the only preference stored is your language, which is necessary to show you the page you asked for.

The product demo embedded on the homepage loads app.educrmapp.com in an iframe. It only runs after you click to start it, and it sets the application's own necessary cookies.

How long your choice is stored

Your consent decision is kept in your browser's local storage for 180 days, after which you will be asked again. It is never sent to our servers, the record stays on your device.

Frequently asked questions

Does EduCRM's website use analytics cookies?

No analytics tool is installed on the marketing website at present. The consent system already includes an analytics category so that if one is added, it will only run for visitors who have opted in.

Does EduCRM use advertising or remarketing pixels?

No. There is no Meta Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no Google Ads remarketing tag and no other advertising script on this website.

How long is my cookie choice remembered?

180 days. After that you will be asked again. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.

Will rejecting non-essential cookies break anything?

No. Everything on this website, including the support chat, the registration form preview and the product demo. Works with only the strictly necessary items listed on this page.
