A branded sign-up page on your own subdomain. A student fills it in, and the submission becomes a student file in one click.

What registration forms do

In short

You get a branded sign-up page on your own subdomain, such as `yourname.educrmapp.com`. A student fills it in, and the submission becomes a student file in one click. Nothing is re-typed.

What the student sees

Three editable steps (Basics, Background, Wrap-up) built from 47 ready-made questions. Hide what you do not need, drag to reorder, add up to ten of your own.

  • One question at a time, or a classic multi-page layout.
  • Conditional logic, so a student only sees relevant questions. Someone applying to the Netherlands is not asked about SATs.
  • Auto-saved drafts, so a student who leaves halfway returns to their answers.
  • Your cover photo and brand colour.

What you get

  • Partial-submission capture. You are notified even if the student never finishes. An abandoned form is still a lead.
  • Bot protection via Cloudflare Turnstile, plus rate limiting.
  • GDPR consent collected inside the form, not bolted on.
  • Every submission in `/registrations`, one click from a student file.

Sharing it

The form is a URL, so it works everywhere you already talk to families:

  • In your Instagram bio and story links.
  • As a QR code at a fair or on a printed flyer.
  • Embedded in your website as an iframe.
  • Sent over WhatsApp or email.

Why it changes the first conversation

With year group, target countries, timeline and parent contact already collected, your first reply is useful instead of "tell me about yourself". A fast, useful first reply is a large part of why one consultancy wins an enquiry. See student recruitment CRM.

Setting one up

  1. Step 01

    Claim your URL

Your form goes live at `yourname.educrmapp.com`.

  2. Step 02

    Brand it

Cover photo, brand colour. Minutes, not a design project.

  3. Step 03

    Choose the questions

Switch off what you do not need, reorder the rest, add up to ten of your own.

  4. Step 04

    Share the link

QR code, iframe, WhatsApp or link. Then switch off any older form.

That last step is the one migrations forget. It is in the CRM implementation checklist.

There is a working preview on the homepage. Submissions in the preview are not saved.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use my own domain for the form?

It is hosted on an EduCRM subdomain you choose, such as yourname.educrmapp.com, and can be embedded in your site as an iframe. The Business plan includes a custom website set up by our team.

What happens to a submission?

It appears in /registrations and becomes a full student file in one click, so the profile starts with the details the student already gave you.

Is the form GDPR compliant?

It collects GDPR consent in the flow and includes bot protection and rate limiting. Compliance also depends on your own privacy notice and how you handle the data afterwards.

What if a student does not finish the form?

Their draft is saved so they can return to it, and partial-submission capture means you hear about the enquiry even if they never complete it.
