EduCRM is CRM software built for educational consultants and education agencies. One record per student holds their profile, sessions, university applications, documents, tasks, payments and invoices, so you can see any student's status and next action in one place.
The problem it exists for
Educational consultancies run on other people's deadlines. A transcript from a school office, a reference from a teacher, a decision from an admissions committee, a fee instalment from a parent. Miss the sequence and a student misses an intake. In most consultancies that sequence lives across a spreadsheet, a shared drive, a personal calendar and several WhatsApp threads.
A general-purpose CRM does not help much, because it models one deal per contact. You need one student with several applications at once, each with its own stage, deadline and paperwork, plus a parent to keep informed and fees paid in instalments. EduCRM was built around that shape. The trade-offs are set out in the CRM buyer's guide.
Who uses it
- Study abroad consultants placing students at universities overseas.
- Education agencies with several counsellors sharing one student database.
- Student recruitment teams working a funnel from enquiry to enrolment.
- Admissions and university application consultants advising individual students and families.
What it does
- Student management: one record with contacts, parent details, sessions, notes, documents, tasks and payments.
- Application tracking: every application with its own stage, deadline, documents and owner.
- One calendar for sessions, deadlines and follow-ups, in day, week and month views.
- Payment tracking and invoice generation against the student.
- Registration forms: a branded sign-up page on your own subdomain, feeding straight into the CRM.
- Career guidance: a career library, test records and numbered reports.
- Team access: owner, admin, counsellor and viewer roles.
How it is built and run
EduCRM runs on Google Cloud in the europe-west1 region, using Firestore and Cloud Functions, with the website on Vercel. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher. Each workspace is isolated with no cross-tenant reads, and access events go to an immutable audit log.
The sub-processors are published, not buried: Anthropic, Google Cloud, Vercel, Stripe and Resend. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request. See the security page and the privacy policy.
Availability and languages
EduCRM runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install. The product and this website are in English and Greek: educrmapp.com internationally, educrm.gr in Greece.
